Lemon Balm
Lemon Balm is a member of the Mint family; it is native to southern Europe and the Mediterranean area.
Lemon Balm can be used as an insect repellent when the leaves are crushed and rubbed on the skin.
As an infusion Lemon Balm is antibacterial, antiviral and acts as a mild sedative, it has been found to be effective in reducing stress.
